When you create an order with special instructions, you won't be able to preview the order online, receive pricing or pay online. You will need to phone the producing center to complete your order. - If I choose to have an order couriered, who will deliver my order and how does that work?
FedEx Kinko's courier is the third-party vendor that delivers couriered orders for a fee. FedEx Kinko's Print Online calculates pricing based on weight and distance and will choose the producing center closest to the final destination. Then FedEx Kinko's Print Online generates an automated delivery ticket notifying the courier of the production completion time and delivery times. The courier picks up orders within two hours before the customer's requested delivery time and delivers orders between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. NOTE: When special instructions are added, orders cannot be delivered via courier.
- How soon can I expect my order to be completed?
FedEx Kinko's Print Online orders require at least four hours for completion. Based on your printing and binding options, FedEx Kinko's Print Online will provide you with an estimated completion time and date. If you need your order before the minimum completion time, you will need to phone the center to see whether it can honor your request.
- What are my payment options with FedEx Kinko's Print Online?
You may pay for your order online by credit card, FedEx Kinko's Commercial Account or with a National Discount Card. - Can I place an order to an international center?
There is a link on the FedEx Kinko's Print Online home page that enables customers to select international countries and locations. Currently, U.S. FedEx Kinko's Print Online customers with international orders cannot preview, pay, track or receive pricing information, but can submit orders and complete them by phoning the producing center. NOTE: Only centers designated as English-speaking can produce FedEx Kinko's Print Online orders.
